Perform & Restore

Our Story

We are two physical therapists with a passion for helping individuals get active, improve their lives, and return to the activities they love. Proudly female & minority owned.

Our Mission

We strive to break out of the traditional physical therapy model by offering rehabilitation, massage, and sports recovery services under one roof. Unlike traditional clinics, all sessions are 1-on-1.

Whatever your needs, we have something for you.
